Dear St. Celestine School Families:
 For 17 years, the Parents' Club has been sponsoring the $.T.O.P. ($hop To Open Possibilities) Program. The possibility is the opportunity for you to EARN TUITION CREDIT by purchasing shopping certificates through $.T.O.P. while also earning some funds for the Parents' Club.
Some of our families have actually earned nearly $2,000 off their tuition by participating in this program. Their participation also earns money for the school as well. It's a win-win situation for everyone. Credit can also be earned for high school and college tuition; those participating families earned over $8,000 in tuition credit last year. If you know someone who could benefit from this program, please let them know about it. They can contact Nancy Mueller, $.T.O.P. Program Coordinator for an explanation about the program.
Here is a brief explanation of how the program works:
You purchase gift certificates for a variaty of vendors (Jewel, Dominicks, Super Low, Caputos, JCPenney, Sears, Shell Oil, etc.) at face value from the $.T.O.P. Program. These certificates can be used just like cash for your everyday shopping, dining, and gift-giving needs. The $.T.O.P. Program purchases the certificates through a number of organizations at a discount. Part of that discount is passed on to you in the form of a tuition credit. The credit accumulates throughout the year and is then applied as a lump sum.
$.T.O.P certificates can be purchased on a weekly basis through school or, as a new benefit, through Church on the 2nd and 4th weekends before Mass. Orders forms are in the Church Vestibules. Certificates ordered at Church will earn you tuition credit for school.
