Thank you Principal Sheila Klich for your leadership through a difficult year and keeping our school community safe. Congratulations on being recognized by our school community and the Archdiocese of Chicago for your leadership!

Here is the recognition taken from the Archdiocese of Chicago’s social media posting:

Congratulations to #SchoolHero Sheila Klich, principal of St Celestine School. She has been at the school for three years. Sheila was previously an administrator and teacher at St. Matthias School, Chicago.

“Mrs. Klich goes above and beyond to keep our children safe. Not only is she compassionate about her job she is handling this pandemic extremely well with grace at all times,” a parent.

“Sheila is an advocate for all her students. During this intensely stressful time, Sheila goes above and beyond to make a difference for her students and her community. Navigating two programs – in-person and remote – is challenging. As she navigates those needs, she remains calm, patient, and steadfast in her desire to serve as a role model of grace, patience, and level-headedness,” another parent.
