On Monday, October 4, 2021, our Kindergarten had a wonderful day learning about St. Francis. We spent the day with our stuffed animals and took care of them just as if they were real animals in our class. Fr. Paul spent time with both kindergarten classes. He taught us about St. Francis, showed us where the statue of St. Francis is at church, and gave us all a blessing. In the afternoon we made bird feeders to take home and we put some around the school. We hope to take care of the birds just like St. Francis took care of all of the animals.
