Parents Club and Events
Dear St. Celestine Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year at St. Celestine School! – St. Celestine Parents Club would like to extend a warm welcome to all the new and returning families. Parents Club works hard to help make the school year both enjoyable and exciting for the students, teachers, and families. Our goal is to enrich the students’ learning experiences and give back to teachers and staff, all while building a stronger sense of community among students, parents, and staff.
At St. Celestine School, Parents Club is responsible for planning and implementing many events and fundraisers throughout the school year. Parents Club offers various volunteer opportunities, and we are successful because of people like YOU! More than ever – we need YOU! Come to monthly meetings, share your opinions, tell us about a successful fundraiser you heard about, share your ideas – we really want to hear them, tell us what adjustments we could make to increase participation- so many changes can happen when we come together.
This past year, we really had to shift from the “norm” and how things have usually been done. Last year some of our new ideas were the most successful events. Egg My Yard, food truck pop ups with Stan’s Donuts and Kona Ice, Armand’s Pizza Night, store fundraisers with Fannie May and Five Below. Please keep an eye out for Parent Club communications about upcoming events and fundraising in weekly Brown Envelopes as well as updates on St. Celestine School’s Facebook page and Instagram as well as emails from your child’s classroom Room Parents.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have! We look forward to working with all our St. Celestine’s families to make this year a great one for our students!
The Parents Club Meetings during 2021-2022 Year will be on the First Tuesday of the Month at 7 pm on September 7, October 5, November 2, December 7, January 4, February 1, March 1, April 5, and May 3.
Parents Club meetings will either be in the Annex or Teacher’s Room depending on the size of attendance to allow for distancing. All attendees must be masked until further notice.
We hope to see you!
